Disney’s Candy Cauldron at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World has closed for a months-long refurbishment.
Disney’s Candy Cauldron Refurbishment
On a recent trip to Disney Springs, we discovered that Disney’s Candy Cauldron is closed. At this location in the West Side of Disney Springs, guests were able to purchase sweet treats that were made in a show kitchen.
Guests who visit the location today will be greeted by a notice that reads:
Disney’s Candy Cauldron Closed Please Visit Goofy’s Candy Company
Goofy’s Candy Company is located in the Marketplace area of Disney Springs.
More information was shared via an Instagram story by the official Disney Springs account. The post features a picture of the Old Hag Grimhilde statue inside the location and a candy apple. The story also promises something brewing this fall. The story’s main text reads:
Disney’s Candy Cauldron is temporarily closed for refurbishment and will be reopening in the coming months, with some spooktacular new treats
Disney’s Candy Cauldron previously underwent minor changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic but has been operating normally ever since.
