Cast Members braved Hurricane Debby to install Halloween decor at Magic Kingdom ahead of the opening date of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.
Magic Kingdom Halloween Decor
Two carved pumpkins sit atop crates covered in hay and greet guests outside of the entrance of Magic Kingdom.
As you enter the park a scarecrow dressed in an overcoat and top hat greets guests. He wears a “Mayor” sash that is red, white, and blue.
Another scarecrow wears a baseball uniform and holds a baseball bat. He has a baseball in his mouth. Pumpkins sit inside the fenced area around him.
Another scarecrow wears a white button-down blouse and a blue and pink plaid skirt.
Another scarecrow dons a purple dress and carries a parasol and a purse.
A baker carries a ripped bag of sugar. The sugar forms a pile on the ground next to him.
Next to the baking scarecrow, guests will find a scarecrow in a yellow dress with a torn white apron. She holds a lollipop in one hand and a candied apple in the other.
The final scarecrow wears a red and yellow uniform. Attached to his from is a broken base drum that says “Main Street USA” is red.
In addition to scarecrows, pumpkin structures have been added near the entrance of the park. Once under the train station, you will see stacked pumpkins sitting on a crate.
Finally, we noticed that two stacks of Jack-o’-Lanterns had been added around the Roy Disney and Minnie Mouse sculpture. Pumpkins have also been added to the ground in the fenced area behind them.
We expect more Halloween decor to be installed in the coming days. What do you think of what has been added to the park thus far? Let us know in the comments.
