The travel tumbler has a white base but a purple lid. Some of the art is similar to the popcorn bucket, but it’s not identical. Here, Mickey takes up the center, a finger to his mouth to shush us as spooky specters lurk in the background.

What’s This? The Zero Light-up Straw Clip Has Returned for Halloween 2024

The “Nightmare Before Christmas” Zero light-up straw clip is back for Halloween 2024 at Disneyland Resort.

Zero Light-up Straw Clip – $7.49

A person holds a bent blue straw with a decorative white reindeer attachment, enhanced by a unique Zero light-up straw clip, in front of a park scenery.

The Zero light-up straw clip can attach to any straw, technically, but it works best with a twisty straw so it doesn’t fall down into your drink. It comes pre-set with a purple twisty straw.

A person holds up a translucent white ghost keychain with a purple string outdoors, in front of a park bench and a railing, resembling Zero from "The Nightmare Before Christmas.

The ghost dog of Jack Skellington is complete with his little jack-o-lantern nose. The clip matches his translucent white body.

A person holds up a white toy figure with the back facing the camera, revealing its battery compartment. A busy outdoor area with trees and buildings forms the backdrop, while a zero light-up straw clip dangles from their bag.

On the underside is the button to activate his otherworldly glow and a battery compartment, which can be accessed with a small screwdriver. Batteries are included.

Indiana Jones Adventure Closing For 1 Year at Tokyo DisneySea

Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull at Tokyo DisneySea will close for a year beginning in 2025.

Indiana Jones Adventure Closure

People on a ride inside the Indiana Jones Adventure attraction at Tokyo DisneySea, navigated through dim lighting and encountered a skull with glowing eyes, from which a laser beam was shooting out.

Tokyo Disneyland has updated their temporary closures list to state Indiana Jones Adventure will be closed from March 5, 2025, through March 4, 2026.

The closure may be for an extensive refurbishment of the attraction, which opened with the park in 2001.

Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull is a similar ride experience to the Disneyland attraction, Temple of the Forbidden Eye, which opened six years earlier and is set in India. However, the Tokyo version features a different story about an Aztec temple guarded by a crystal skull. It’s unrelated to the fourth Indiana Jones film, “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” (2008). The ride is located in the park’s Lost River Delta port themed to a 1930s Central America archeological site.

DINOSAUR at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is set to become a third version of the ride as part of the Pueblo Esperanza land replacing DinoLand U.S.A. This version will have a new story set in a Mayan Temple and featuring a mythical creature, connecting it to the park’s theme. DINOSAUR utilizes almost the exact same ride track as Indiana Jones Adventure so the “new” Indy ride is expected to still be similar to the original. It will open in 2027.
