The airboat in the Swamp of the Undead scare zone at Universal Studios Florida has been uncovered ahead of the start of Halloween Horror Nights 33.
Swamp of the Undead Airboat
Swamp of the Undead is located in the Central Park area of Universal Studios Florida. The airboat was visible behind planters a few days ago. The planters are now gone, and the entire crashed airboat has been revealed in the brush.
The airboat is green with a massive propeller on the back. Other props around it include barrels and gasoline cans. A sheet of metal sits directly behind the boat.
There are two seats in the front of the purposefully weathered and stained airboat. A cage looks to have fallen off the airboat into the overgrown grass and plants.
The description of the Swamp of the Undead scare zone reads:
In backwaters Louisiana, you unwittingly wander onto private property, where you’re swamped by zombies borne from the bodies of other trespassers who were killed and dumped in a nearby bog.
Other scare zones at Halloween Horror Nights 33 include Duality of Fear, Demon Queens, Torture Faire, and Enter the Blumhouse. This year’s haunted houses are Slaughter Sinema 2, Goblin’s Feast, Major Sweets Candy Factory, The Museum: Deadly Exhibits, Monstruos: The Monsters of Latin America, Triplets of Terror, A Quiet Place, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Insidious: The Further, and Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines. “Nightmare Fuel: Nocturnal Circus” will make its debut, while the Death Eaters will return in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley.
Halloween Horror Nights 33 runs select nights from August 30 through November 3. Tickets are on sale now.
