Torture Faire scare zone decor has arrived, and more theming has been added for Halloween Horror Nights 33 scare zones and haunted houses at Universal Studios Florida.
Halloween Horror Nights 33 Decor
The Swamp of the Undead and Torture Faire scare zones and the Major Sweets Candy Factory haunted house are starting to take shape at Universal Studios Florida, as props and decor have been added to each.
The above photo depicts a tree house that has been installed in the Swamp of the Undead scare zone.
Swamp of the Undead
The Swamp of the Undead scare zone has received many props. In addition to the treehouse, foliage, crates, and barrels have been added to the area. Boards, shingles, and mesh have been added to the fence around the area to make it seem more rundown.
Piles of equipment can be found around the scare zone. Buckets and small cans have also made their way into the stylistic mess.
“Pardon Our Dust” signs are still in place near some decor that has yet to be fully installed.
The Swamp of the Undead scare zone is described by Universal Parks as:
In backwaters Louisiana, you unwittingly wander onto private property, where you’re swamped by zombies borne from the bodies of other trespassers who were killed and dumped in a nearby bog.
Torture Faire
Torture Faire decor has been added to the New York stage. A yellow banner with red lettering reads “Torture Faire.” A red sun is printed on each side of the words. Gray brick walls have been added on either side of the stage to make the area look similar to a medieval castle.
A black medieval torture device has been installed on one side of the stage. This is the first medieval torture device we have seen since the description of Torture Faire promised them when the scare zone was initially announced.
Major Sweets Candy Factory
Major Sweets Candy Factory is taking shape as purple, orange, and black smokestacks have started to appear behind Fast and Furious – Supercharged.
From this angle, two smokestacks are visible in the distance above the trees.
Halloween Horror Nights starts August 30. Stay tuned for full coverage of the event.
