Two treats celebrating Belle and Ariel have returned to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for World Princess Week (though the celebration lasts through the month). At Dockside Diner, guests can find The Little Mermaid Milk Shake and at Fairfax Fare, the Belle Cup of Enchantment drink.
Both offerings are available through August 31, 2024.
The Little Mermaid Milk Shake – $9.79
Vanilla, Mango, Guava, and Ginger Shake topped with Whipped Cream and a Pineapple-Guava Seashell Cake
The shake is returning from 2023, when it debuted in celebration of the live action “The Little Mermaid” film starring Halle Bailey.
Dockside Diner is located on the edge of Echo Lake on the side opposite Gertie. It’s near For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration.
The milk shake is visually appealing and leans into the Ariel aesthetic. The inside of the seashell cake brings her red hair into play, completing the look. There’s an excessive amount of whipped cream (which may be a plus if you’re a big fan, but lends itself to quite the mess). We thought the sugar rim in particular was a nice touch.
The prominent flavor here is ginger, though the mango makes itself known after a few sips. The guava was undetectable.
The seashell cake is covered in fondant, not icing, as it first appears. Your mileage may vary here based on your feelings about fondant. Either way, you may want to extract the seashell first, as it’s much heavier than the whipped cream and sank into the shake quickly.
It’s a moist cake but bland. Neither the pineapple nor the guava are prominent, leaving it boring at best.
Overall, the aesthetics are the best part, and for that reason, we don’t recommend it. It’s not bad, but it’s a weak choice. The Belle Cup of Enchantment below is our Princess Week pick at Hollywood Studios.

Belle Cup of Enchantment – $7.29
Cranberry and Passion Fruit-Orange-Guava Juices topped with Yellow Shimmer and Strawberry Boba Pearls
The menu lists boba pearls, but these are more like popping pearls than a traditional chewy tapioca boba.
Fairfax Fare is on Sunset Boulevard, next to Hollywood Scoops and fittingly across from Beauty and the Beast — Live on Stage.
This is a magical summer beverage. It’s very similar to most summer juice mixes offered. Think POG juice with cranberry, rather than the normal pineapple (or jungle juice minus the alcohol). It has a flavor profile that is very similar to the Florida Smoothie from The Land Cart in EPCOT.
The cranberry really shines through and complements the Passion Fruit-Orange-Guava Juice. The yellow shimmer lends to the aesthetic of Princess Belle in her yellow ballgown. The paper straw makes the pearls a little harder to get, but the strawberry was a very nice choice to break up the acidity.
We would definitely get this again. It’s refreshing and different from some of the other offerings in the park. The price is a bit steep compared to some of the other snacks, but it’s worth a shot if you like juice mixes.

For the World Princess Week treats at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there was a clear winner and loser. Skip the milk shake and go for the refreshing, summery Belle Cup of Enchantment.
