Ghoul Juice returns. We’re not sure if this is a good thing or not. It’s not terrible for a pre-mixed cocktail, but it’s never been very good either. Some people might see it as a Horror Nights tradition now, but we’re tired of it.

Mango is the predominant flavor here, so if you’re not a mango fan, definitely skip this.

*NEW* Surr3al Soda – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

Tito’s vodka, Fanta Orange, Sprite, and blue raspberry syrup

Three plastic cups filled with different colored beverages and ice cubes are placed on a white surface. Perfect for Halloween Horror Nights, the drinks are orange, green, and clear with a green tint.

This is a syrupy, sweet theme park cocktail. It has the benefit of not being pre-mixed, but it’s nothing worth your time.

*NEW* Surr3al Soda Mocktail – $8.50

Fanta Orange, Sprite, and blue raspberry syrup

A plastic cup filled with a green iced beverage sits on a white table, next to another similar cup partially visible, ready for your refreshing pause while exploring Halloween Horror Nights.

Like the cocktail, it’s not bad, but it’s not interesting. There’s no reason to order this, especially at these prices, because it offers nothing special.

*NEW* Sinist3r Spritz – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

New Amsterdam vodka, Aperol Aperitivo, Fanta Orange

Three plastic cups of beverages on a white surface at Halloween Horror Nights; one with a yellow drink, one with an orange drink, and one with a green drink. Eat & Drink and enjoy the spooky ambiance!

There’s no mocktail version of this because, without alcohol, this would just be Fanta Orange.

This is disgusting. You can’t even taste the Fanta Orange; it’s just Aperol. Don’t get this.

Rating out of 7: 1

*NEW* Black Cat’s Reprieve – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

Bacardi Superior Rum, lime juice, watermelon syrup, simple syrup and Fanta Pineapple

Three plastic cups filled with different colored drinks, including a yellow, peach, and red beverage, topped with ice cubes. Perfect for refreshing your palate during Halloween Horror Nights, these vibrant concoctions are placed on a white surface.

This is a Tiki drink, and it works. We really enjoyed this. It’s light and refreshing. The pineapple is the primary flavor and the watermelon hits on the back end. For a Tiki drink, being carbonated is unusual, and we liked it.

Rating out of 7: 6

*NEW* Black Cat’s Reprieve Mocktail – $8.50

Lime juice, watermelon syrup, simple syrup, and Fanta Pineapple

Two plastic cups filled with yellow-orange beverages, topped with ice, placed on a white surface outdoors at Halloween Horror Nights.

Again, you could probably make this on the Freestyle machine, but it’s still good.

*NEW* Dead Meridian Cocktail – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

Cuervo Tradicional Silver Tequila, chipotle pineapple syrup, basil essence, and Fanta Orange, garnished with a pineapple wedge

Two plastic cups filled with iced orange beverages sit on a white surface, perfect for your Halloween Horror Nights refreshments.

This is like 18 oz. of tequila and 2 oz. of Fanta Orange. It’s very strong, but very one-note.

Rating out of 7: 4

*NEW* Dead Meridian Mocktail – $8.50

Chipotle pineapple syrup, basil essence, and Fanta Orange, garnished with a pineapple wedge

A plastic cup filled with a bright orange beverage containing ice, placed on a light-colored surface, brings festive vibes perfect for Halloween Horror Nights, with parts of two other cups in view.

This is much better than the cocktail. Without the overpowering tequila, the basil and chipotle-pineapple can come through. It’s a very interesting mocktail.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Creepy Cola Cocktail – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

Jack Daniels Old No. 7 whiskey, Coca-Cola Classic, black cherry purée, stone fruit syrup, and gummy creepy crawlers

Three plastic cups contain different colored beverages with ice: an orange drink, a dark green concoction with gummy worms, and a haunting purple potion. Perfect for those spooky Halloween Horror Nights, these vibrant drinks will delight anyone looking to eat & drink in style.

They ruined a perfectly good Jack and Coke. The black cherry puree does nothing but add bitterness, and the stone fruit syrup adds a sticky sweetness. There was one (1) gummy worm.

Rating out of 7: 4

*NEW* Creepy Cola Mocktail – $8.50

Coca-Cola Classic, black cherry purée, stone fruit syrup, and gummy creepy crawlers

A plastic cup filled with a fizzy red beverage garnished with gummy worm candies, reminiscent of the spooky treats served at Halloween Horror Nights, placed on a marble surface.

This is just Coke with black cherry syrup. It’s not great, and it’s not interesting. If you’re looking for “mocktails” that are just soda mixes, buy a Freestyle cup and have at it. This is a waste of your time in line and your money.

New Amsterdam gin, lemon juice, lychee syrup, prickly pear syrup, tonic, Sprite, topped with a lychee blueberry “eye”

A glowing blue drink in a themed cup sits on a red table, capturing the spooky essence of Halloween Horror Nights, with people sitting at the bar in the background.

The gin flavor isn’t overpowering, but it’s not very good. It’s bland, and the Sprite is a little flat.

Twisted Taters are a Halloween Horror Nights staple, and there’s a reason they come back year after year. They’re fried, greasy, salty, and easy to eat on the go. You can’t go wrong with the seasoning salt, which is the classic original. Your mileage may vary re: crispiness, but honestly, they’re good either way.

This is okay. We’re not big elderflower drink fans, but this is drinkable. It’s refreshing. It’s not worth $15, though. There are some good cocktails this year — get those instead.

Check out our full menus for more spine-chilling treats!

Food:

  • 🆕 The Frozen Death Chill – $11.99
  • 🆕 Mini Stay-Puft S’more – $6.99

*NEW* The Frozen Death Chill – $11.99

Korean corndog-dipped mint cheesecake with Bugles and glitter

This straight-up tastes like toothpaste. We’re not sure what this is other than a mistake. It’s terrible.

Rating out of 7: 1

*NEW* Mini Stay-Puft S’more – $6.99

Mini Stay-Puft marshmallow man, chocolate bar, and graham cracker

A roasted marshmallow figure resembling a character lies on a chocolate and graham cracker base, creating a unique s'more, held in a brown paper container. This delightful treat is perfect for those enjoying the spooky ambiance of Halloween Horror Nights.

It’s simple, but it’s exactly what it should be. It’s a great s’more, it takes an adorable photo, and it’s shareable.

Insidious: The Further

People are gathered outside an "Insidious" haunted house attraction at Halloween Horror Nights 33, with a staff member at a window. The theme park setting includes a roller coaster in the background, where visitors share their reviews and find spots to eat & drink.
Framed menu with sections for food and specialty beverages, including items like ‘The Red Door,’ ‘Eggs in The Further,’ ‘Key Pop,’ and ‘Beyond the Veil,’ displayed against a textured blue wall. Perfect for fans of Halloween Horror Nights seeking themed eats and drinks.

Food:

  • 🆕 Eggs in the Further – $11.99
  • 🆕 “Last Key” Pop – $6.99
  • 🆕 The Red Door – $9.49

Beverages:

  • 🆕 Veil of Shadows – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve
  • 🆕 Beyond the Veil – $8.50

*NEW* Eggs in the Further – $11.99

jalapeño brioche “egg in the hole” with shakshouka and feta cheese

Tray with a slice of bread topped with cheese, sauce, and herbs, a piece of bread roll, a red dessert with icing, and a pink beverage on the side. Perfect for satisfying your hunger during Halloween Horror Nights!

This is a pretty good shakshouka; it has a nice spice. We really liked this (even though some of us felt very strongly about shakshouka being a brunch food). It’s a decent serving for the price, too.

Rating out of 7: 6

*NEW* “Last Key” Pop – $6.99

red velvet cake pop with chocolate key

A red popsicle with a chocolate key decoration lies on a black plate. Next to it, there are some food items on a white sheet, perfect for Halloween Horror Nights.

The bottom of this is absolutely covered in sprinkles. Some of our group found this to be a plus, but regardless, there was something strange about this cake. It’s too dry for red velvet cake, and it’s missing something. Maybe if it had a filling or something to make it more interesting, it would have worked better.

Rating out of 7: 4

*NEW* The Red Door – $9.49

potato and onion-filled handpie

This is advertised as potato and onion, but it’s more like a pot pie filling with peas and carrots. It tastes like split pea soup inside a pie crust. It’s not terrible, but it is bland and dry.

Rating out of 7: 3

*NEW* Veil of Shadows – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

White Claw black cherry vodka, DeKruyper Créme de Cassis, blackberry syrup, pineapple juice, sour mix, and a black licorice candy “veil”

A plastic cup filled with a pink and purple gradient iced drink sits on a table next to a partially visible white cup and a section of baked goods in paper wrappers—a perfect scene for an Eat & Drink review.

Neither of our drinks got the black licorice “veil.” It’s very much a White Claw drink, so if you’re not a fan, skip this. It’s a decent drink that goes down easy.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Beyond the Veil – $8.50

pineapple juice, citrus sour mix, blackberry syrup, and a black licorice candy “veil”

Two plastic cups filled with iced beverages sit on a brown table at Halloween Horror Nights. The drink on the left is light orange, while the drink on the right is red. A black plate and a napkin are partially visible, making this Eat & Drink setup perfect for fans eager to share their reviews.

This isn’t bad, but it’s weak. It’s basically just sour mixers and doesn’t have anything to offer as a mocktail.

Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines

A small brick building labeled "Twilight Tavern" features a service window with menus posted on the wall. A person stands by an umbrella-covered area on the left, eagerly reading reviews of the eat & drink options available during Halloween Horror Nights.
A framed menu titled "Eats and Treats" lists various food items, specialty beverages, and drinks, including fish & chips, ice cream sandwiches, and soda options at the bottom. Perfect for those looking to eat & drink during Halloween Horror Nights.

Food:

  • 🆕 Into the Fog Fish ‘n Chips – $16.99
  • 🆕 Forbidden Falafel – $10.99
  • 🆕 The Bride’s Cake – $6.99

Beverages:

  • 🆕 Sarcophagus Spiced Cider – $$17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve
  • Cursed Cranberry Vodka Spritz – $14.25
  • Voodoo Brewing Co. Lacto-Kooler (5.5% ABV) – $13.50
  • Miller Lite (4.2% ABV) – $10.50
  • Nütrl (4.5% ABV) – $12.50
  • Modelo (4.4% ABV) – $11.50

*NEW* Into the Fog Fish ‘n Chips – $16.99

crispy beer battered cod nuggets, malt vinegar aioli, and pub fries

A hand holds a tray of battered fried fish, thick-cut fries, a lemon wedge, and a small container of sauce—a perfect meal to eat and drink at Halloween Horror Nights.

The fries are amazing. We loved them. The fish is fishier than we prefer, but it’s not bad, and they’re definitely made better by the aioli. Everything was served hot and fresh, and it’s a hearty serving.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Forbidden Falafel – $10.99

crispy falafel with tomato cucumber salad and tzatziki, inside a warm pita

A hand holding a cardboard container with a falafel pita wrap filled with falafel balls, lettuce, tomatoes, and drizzled with a creamy sauce, against an outdoor urban backdrop. Perfect for those nights when you're exploring the city or need something savory before heading to Halloween Horror Nights.

This falafel should be forbidden. Yikes. It’s the chalkiest, driest falafel we’ve ever had. The pita is bland. The vegetables were good, but they couldn’t save this dish.

Rating out of 7: 1

*NEW* The Bride’s Cake – $6.99

Chocolate-coated three-tier vanilla cake with raspberry jam

The presentation doesn’t really work. Why is it green inside? The Bride isn’t green, and the “hair” shaped cake looks like she joined DEVO. There was the tiniest sliver of raspberry jam, and it did nothing to moisten the dry cake. It wasn’t terrible, but it tasted like maybe it was good a couple of days ago and then left in the fridge.

Rating out of 7: 4

*NEW* Sarcophagus Spiced Cider – $$17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

Cuervo Tradicional Blanco tequila, New Amsterdam vodka, Liquid Alchemist Tamarindo syrup, lime, and orange juices

A hand holds a beverage in a tall glass featuring artwork for Halloween Horror Nights 2024, with an urban street and queue barriers in the background, inviting guests to eat & drink amidst the spooky festivities.

While it doesn’t look appealing (it’d be more appropriate in a styrofoam cup), it’s a good Halloween drink. It’s interesting and different for Horror Nights. It’s not sweet or sticky, and it has a little earthiness.

  • Modelo (4.4% ABV) – $11.50
  • Spellbound Cabernet Sauvignon (13.5% ABV) – $11
  • Noble Vines 446 Chardonnay (14.5% ABV) – $11

*NEW* Summer Camp Dog – $10.49

Deep fried all beef Nathan’s hot dog topped with Tostitos nacho cheese, baked beans, pepper relish, and Doritos crumble

A hot dog in a bun topped with melted cheese, pinto beans, and chopped red peppers on a red table with a bag of chips partially visible in the background is perfect for satisfying your cravings during Halloween Horror Nights.

This looks disgusting, but it’s actually good. The hot dog is cooked well and split down the middle for topping distribution. The crunch and spice of the relish complement the other toppings. On paper, it sounds like it shouldn’t work, but it really does.

Rating out of 7: 6

*NEW* Ropa Vieja Walking Taco – $13.99

Doritos, ropa vieja, salsa roja, lettuce, sour cream, and Monterey jack cheese

There’s a nice portion of meat here, and it’s juicy and flavorful. It wasn’t left to sit, so the Doritos are still crunchy. This is a great item to grab on your way into line. It’s basic but hearty and tasty.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Vegan Walking Taco – $13.99

Fritos, vegan chili, vegan sour cream, lettuce, diablo sauce, and vegan cheddar cheese

A bag of chips is cut open and filled with toppings, including shredded cheese, sour cream, and diced vegetables—perfect for a quick bite at Halloween Horror Nights.

The Vegan Walking Taco looks disgusting, but we liked it better than the Ropa Vieja Walking Taco. These are legitimately spicy with a strong flavor. The texture profile is robust.

Rating out of 7: 7

*NEW* Rocks From Hell – $7.49

crispy jalapeño and cheddar cheese stuffed lumps of coal

These are kind of basic, but if you’re looking for fried cheese, here it is. The spice isn’t very strong.

Rating out of 7: 4

*NEW* Sinema Popcorn – $6.99

Flamin’ Hot Cheetos flavored popcorn

This is what it is. It needs more seasoning. Last year’s popcorn from the Chucky booth was a lot better.

Rating out of 7: 3

*NEW* Shirley Black – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

Cathead Vodka Raspberry, Rothman & Winter Orchard Cherry liqueur, tart cherry syrup, lemon juice, blueberry popping boba, and Sprite

A glass of dark bubble tea with tapioca pearls on top, placed next to an open bag of yellow Lay's chips on a red table. Perfect for a quick snack as you get ready for Halloween Horror Nights 33!

This was the best cocktail we had at the event. The blueberry popping pearls are a nice touch. Shockingly, this was a pre-mixed drink from a jug. The alcohol is masked and everything is well-balanced.

*NEW* Heart “Beet” Tostada – $7.49

red beet tartare with hummus, vegan feta, and watercress on a crispy tortilla

A tostada with a topping of diced vegetables coated in a pink sauce, garnished with white cheese and green herbs, served on a black plate—a must-try for those who love to eat & drink and savor unique flavors!

The vegan feta works well with the nice and fresh beets. Even the beet-hater in our group enjoyed this. The hummus and the feta are good complements to the beets.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Spinal Column Pinchos – $10.99

grilled chicken tenders with red chimichurri

A grilled meat skewer topped with a green herb sauce, served on a rectangular white plate, perfect for those looking to eat and drink while reading reviews or planning their next visit to Halloween Horror Nights.

The chimichurri appears to be “red” because it has pepper in it. The chicken by itself is bland. As far as “healthy” options at the event, it’s not a bad choice.

Rating out of 7: 4

*NEW* Pork Carniceria – $8.99

slow roasted mojo pork, mole sauce, tortilla

A paper bowl containing shredded meat, a tortilla, and refried beans, garnished with cotija cheese, sits on a red surface next to a plastic cup of iced yellow beverage—perfect for those looking to eat and drink while enjoying Halloween Horror Nights.

This is good. The mole is very chocolatey, and the pork is nice and tender. It’s a good grab-and-go dish.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Chocolate Tres Leches – $5.99

Milk-soaked chocolate cake with whipped topping and canela

A small black bowl contains a dessert topped with dollops of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, perfect for food and drink reviews. A portion of another dish can be seen partially in the background.

This was a great, simple dessert. Chocolate and cinnamon are a winning combination, and it’s nice and moist as a tres leches cake should be.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Depredadora – $17.50 for 20 oz. souvenir cup, $13.50 for refill, or $13.50 for 12 oz. single serve

Misguided Spirits Silver rum, Cappelletti ‘Mazzura’ Aperitivo, mango syrup, pineapple, and lime juices, Disco Inferno bitters, and pomegranate seeds

A clear plastic cup filled with a light-yellow beverage containing ice sits on a red surface next to a partially visible plate with food, perfect for those looking to eat and drink while enjoying Halloween Horror Nights.

This is a very spicy drink, with the bitterness heaviest on the back. It’s like a Tiki drink with a strong kick. If you like jalapeño margaritas, you’ll probably enjoy this.

*NEW* Poison Apple – $6.49

caramel mousse with an apple filling and streusel cake

This was incredible. The presentation is adorable. We loved it. It’s light, fluffy, creamy, and the Oreo crumbles add a great texture.

Rating out of 7: 6

African Lentil and Potato Sambusa Coffin – $8.99

African spiced lentils and potatoes entombed in a vegan pie dough

These are a returning treat that we just love. The vegan pastry is firm and complements the well-spiced, plentiful filling.

Rating out of 7: 7

*NEW* Cyclops Cup – $5.49

frozen peanut butter cup with candy eyeball

It’s hard to cut and messy to eat, but it’s worth it. The filling is like a fluffy ice cream inside a dark chocolate shell. This is delicious.

Rating out of 7: 7

*NEW* Sour Cherry Lemonade Boba – $12.25

popping lychee boba with sour cherry, twisted gummies, sprinkles, topped with whipped topping and Sprite

A pink iced drink topped with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles in a clear plastic cup with a black straw, placed on a white table near an outdoor area with a pool and buildings in the background, perfect for refreshing breaks between Halloween Horror Nights adventures.

It’s light and refreshing. A little on the overly sweet side, but it’s shareable. It offers something interesting and good for a non-alcoholic beverage.

*NEW* Harissa BBQ Turkey Wing – $6.99

crispy turkey wing coated with a spicy harissa BBQ sauce

Cooked and roasted piece of meat with a caramelized exterior placed on a black plate, perfect for indulging during Halloween Horror Nights.

It’s got a good amount of smoky spice, but it’s difficult to eat. The bone is huge, and the meat is hard to get to. It’s definitely not something you can walk and eat.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Pumpkin Guts – $10.49

butternut squash and zucchini noodles with pumpkin seeds and vegan butter inside an acorn squash

A cardboard container holds a serving of mixed vegetables, including spiralized zucchini and yellow bell pepper, garnished with chopped herbs. Perfect for savoring during Halloween Horror Nights, this fresh medley adds a healthy touch to your spooky festivities.

This is an updated version of the Pumpkin Guts dish from HHN 30’s Wicked Growth food booth. This isn’t bad, but it’s super oily. We wouldn’t have it again.

Rating out of 7: 3

*NEW* Goblin Pie – $5.99

baked mini apple pie with cinnamon sugar and a bloody raspberry jam

A fried pastry in a cardboard tray with red sauce drizzled on top in zigzag patterns, perfect for indulging during Halloween Horror Nights.

This is what it says on the label. The filling is a little bland. It’s very basic.

all beef patty on a cheese bun with American cheese, white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion and dill pickle aioli

A cheeseburger with a "Happy Birthday" topper on a black plate, placed on a red table, is perfect for celebrating amidst the thrill of Halloween Horror Nights 33. Surely, it's an eat & drink experience worth capturing in anyone's reviews!

This is better than a lot of theme park fast food burgers, and the dill aioli is a nice touch. It’s a nice grab-and-go savory dish.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Bloody Goody Bag – $9.99

crispy chicken chunks with fries, pepper onion mix, and a bloody good sauce

A paper tray containing fried chicken pieces, crinkle-cut fries, and sautéed vegetables such as bell peppers and onions sits on a red surface, perfect for enjoying while reading food and drink reviews.

The sauce was “bloody good,” but there wasn’t enough of it. Regardless, this was delicious. This and the burger are more along the lines of what we want from HHN. Something delicious and easy to eat in line.

Rating out of 7: 5

*NEW* Slashed Siblings Sweet Sampler – $8.49

bubblegum mousse ballon, funfetti cupcake, and a chocolate cheesecake cone trio

Three desserts are on a white tray: a pink balloon-shaped mochi, a small cake with frosting and sprinkles, and a black ice cream scoop with a waffle cone. Perfect for an "Eat & Drink" session while reading reviews or planning your visit to Halloween Horror Nights 33.

We often say things aren’t “life changing,” but the bubblegum mousse balloon might have been. It tastes exactly like Bazooka, and the flavor is bright and balanced. The texture is great. It’s phenomenal.

The funfetti cupcake is basic but done well. It’s moist, the frosting is rich, and it offers something simpler.

The chocolate cheesecake cone is also done very well. It’s very rich, with dark chocolate on the outside and a nice bite from the cheesecake.

The presentation is great and all three are tasty.

Pepperoni Pizza Skulls – $9.99

pepperoni and cheese stuffed pizza skull

A piece of baked bread shaped like a skull is placed in a white paper holder on a dark surface, perfect for savoring during Halloween Horror Nights 33.

These used to be served in a bowl of marinara, but it was unnecessary and made it a messy meal. We like that you can eat this on the go now. The pizza crust shell is good, and it’s stuffed full of mozzarella, marinara, and plenty of pepperoni. This is an easy win.
