New Construction Box Appears at Baseline Tap House in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

A new construction box has gone up in the Baseline Tap House seating area at Disney’s Hollywood — in the same spot a construction box briefly obstructed space almost a year ago.

The construction box is in the back corner of the outdoor seating area. Last December, a smaller construction box was in the same spot.

The previous box was up for about a week. This one takes up more area and is covered in green scrim. One side is curved to fit around a railing encircling a tree. The railing has a bar for guests to dine at with stools.

The construction box is about as tall as the railings, just over waist height. The box may be there due to work on utilities in the area.

Some stools and tables have been removed from the area to make space for the box, cutting into the bar’s capacity.

We don’t know how long construction is expected to obstruct the Baseline seating area.

Baseline Tap House is a pub located on Grand Avenue in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, not far from Muppet*Vision 3D. It’s open from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. most days.
