Have you ever run into a celebrity at the Disney parks?

You might be surprised how often famous singers and actors visit Disney World. Just like all of us, these stars enjoy Disney and the theme parks. Recently, a young celebrity from a popular spin-off show was spotted on a family vacation at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Iain Armitage is known for playing Sheldon on Young Sheldon, the spin-off TV series about Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory. Known for his extremely high IQ and know-it-all attitude, Sheldon is a kid genius, and clearly, Iain has a lot in common with him. We found out that Iain has a lot of Star Wars trivia up his sleeve while on his trip to Disney World that his family surprised him with!

Disney shared a video of Iain getting quizzed on lots of obscure Star Wars trivia, and he got every question correct! We’re pretty impressed that he even knew the garbage compactor number that Luke, Han, Chewy, and Leia were all trapped in.

He was certainly showing off his brainy Sheldon smarts with that trivia game! Maybe he needs to be in the next Star Wars film or series. Disney also shared a video of Iain riding Rise of the Resistance at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and he was clearly having the time of his life!

He was smiling and laughing with enjoyment throughout the entire ride! He was amazed by all the huge details, especially the AT-ATs.

At the end of the ride he said, “That was insane! I loved it so much.” We’re glad he enjoyed it as much as we do! It’s fun to see the enjoyment these celebrities can get from the same things we do.
