Communicore Hall was supposed to be a festival center, right?

This week, there was a scramble at the Magic Kingdom when a balloon pop made people think there was an active shooter Magic Kingdom. The video footage of the aftermath was scary – but luckily, everyone was okay. We’ll catch you up on what went down.

Next, Thursday was the first day of the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! The team was there sampling the new foods, picking up the latest merch, and reporting all the offerings. We’ll talk about the best of the fest.

Communicore Hall also held its first festival functions since opening in June. What was designed to be a smaller version of the original festival center hadn’t had a chance to shine yet. We will discuss the disappointing transformation.

Halloween is now in full effect with parties happening at Disney Parks on both coasts, but the goodies are still rolling out! We discuss the new foods across the Disneyland Resort for Halloween Time, as well as the menus for Disney Springs arriving for spooky season. There are also some pretty cool new popcorn buckets, and the return of Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit!

And, as Halloween is happening, Disneyland has rolled out the 2024 options for Christmas including some new things such as Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail, Mickey’s Holiday Pajama Party, and More!

Sad but expected news, as the famed Red Car Trolley at Disney’s California Adventure is now set to close permanently make way for the expansion of Avengers Campus that was announced at D23. Will you miss this iconic attraction?

Finally, Blizzard Beach is set to open but Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon will close. It’s been 4 years of this process of closing one and opening the other. What’s the future of waterparks at Disney World?

We also talk about new Encantto meet and greets, Bayou Country opening at Disneyland, new attractions overseas, and celebrate 1 year of San Fransokyo Square!
