Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort are introducing Lightning Lane Premier Pass this month.
Lightning Lane Premier Pass
Lightning Lane Premier Pass “allows one-time entry to each Lightning Lane experience in a theme park—to enjoy at your leisure that day,” the Walt Disney World website states.
Disneyland Resort will begin piloting Lightning lane Premier Pass with “very limited quantities” on October 23, 2024. Lightning Lane Premier Passes can be purchased via the Disneyland app up to 2 days in advance of your park visit, starting at 7:00 AM Pacific Time (subject to very limited availability).
Walt Disney World will begin piloting the pass on October 30, with limited quantities for guests staying at select hotels. Guests can purchase Lightning Lane Premier Passes up to 7 days before the first day of their Resort stay—for their entire length of stay (up to 14 days)—starting at 7:00 AM Eastern Time.
With Lightning Lane Premier Pass, guests won’t need to choose specific arrival times for attractions. It includes Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass attractions. It also includes digital downloads of select attraction photos and videos, as well as Disney PhotoPass Lenses.
At Disneyland Resort, Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be priced at $400 per person, per day for park visits through December 31, 2024. Beginning in 2025, pricing will vary by date and demand from $300 to $400.
At Walt Disney World, prices will range from $129 to $449 per pass at launch, varying by date and demand.
