New Dishes Coming to Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant & Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano This Week

Five new dishes will be making their debut at two Disney’s Hollywood Studios restaurants this week: Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant and Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano.

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant

Introducing our new dish: a cheeseburger with lettuce, melted cheese, and sauce, inspired by the taste of Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano. It’s served on a plate alongside crispy fries—perfect for a Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater experience at home.

At Sci-Fi Dine-In, guests can enjoy two new dishes, the first being the Beamed-Up Burger with Fries. This burger features two-pressed signature-blend patties, American cheese, shredded lettuce, jalapeño-bourbon-bacon jam, and
house-made burger sauce on a brioche bun.

A sandwich topped with diced vegetables is served in a basket with fries and a cup of dipping sauce, promising a delightful experience reminiscent of new dishes from the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant.

Next up is the Prime Rib Sandwich. This includes a toasted hoagie roll filled with shaved prime rib, provolone cheese, house-made gardienare, arugula, and a side of au jus.

Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italano

A white bowl of creamy pasta topped with mushrooms, roasted pumpkin, and kale awaits as one of the delightful new dishes at Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano.

Mama Melrose’s will have three new dishes. Above is the Mama’s Pasta with Shrimp, which includes three-cheese sauce, sauteed kale, cavatappi, roasted butternut squash, and wild mushroom.

A bowl of creamy hummus with a drizzle of oil and paprika, served with pieces of focaccia bread on a white plate, is one of the tantalizing new dishes at Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano.

Also joining the menu is the plant-based Tuscan White Bean Puree, with roasted garlic and eggplant, fresh herbs, and chili oil.

At Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano, savor a new dish: a plate of pasta with shredded beef, garnished with dried cranberries and leafy greens, all served in an elegant white bowl.

The final new item is the Braised Wagyu Beef on Orecchiette, with red wine-braised waygu beef, dried cherries, and pink peppercorn.
