In preparation for Hurricane Milton, Walt Disney World is no longer allowing guests to make theme park reservations for Wednesday, October 9. This is the day that Milton is expected to make landfall.

Earlier today, we reported that the path of Milton, which is still a tropical storm, shifted southward. However, the storm still poses a serious threat to Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort.

At this time, no other adjustments have been made by Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando. Orange County, the home of both theme parks, is currently in a State of Emergency.

We will continue to provide updates regarding the storm’s path and any operational changes to either Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando.
