The main building of Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is covered in classic Christmas decorations for the 2024 holiday season.
Port Orleans – Riverside Christmas Decorations
The festive atmosphere starts with garlands strung around the porte-cochère.
The garlands continue, hanging from the ceiling leading to the main entrance doors. Tucked into the green garlands are fake fruits, shiny red and green baubles, pinecones, flowers, and other natural materials.
A Christmas tree sits in the center of the lobby rotunda. Garlands hang from the balconies above. Vintage-style trunks create a barrier around the base of the tree.
The tree and garlands have pinpricks of white light. The tree has no topper but is decorated with large baubles and colorful flowers.
It features gold medallion ornamentation sitting among the flowers.
More illuminated garlands hang from the columns around the check-in area. The garland at the front of the room has a wreath. These are also decorated with shiny ornaments and flowers.
Several decorations are in the hallway, hanging between each bay window.
These have teal blue gem-encrusted ribbons. Large white flowers sit around a figure of Santa Claus and a young boy riding a white horse. There are bead and snowflake ornaments.
A similar wreath hangs near the check-in area. The same Santa Claus figure sits in the center of the wreath. It’s punctuated with pinecones and green leaves.
Another wreath shines bright against a window. It has a plaid ribbon and nautical ornaments like fish figures and a rope curved into a candy cane shape.
