The EPCOT Christmas tree has finally been installed at the park, along with other holiday decor, marking the beginning of the holiday season.
EPCOT Christmas Tree
We first spotted the tree from the Monorail. It stands at the center of the entrance to World Showcase, between Port of Entry and World Traveler.
The EPCOT Christmas tree is surrounded by fencing and landscaping. Guests might find PhotoPass photographers stationed nearby to take holiday photos with the three.
Like last year, the tree is wrapped in gold garland. In 2022, the garland was blue.
An angel dressed in blue sits at the top of the Christmas tree.
Ornaments on the tree include yellow, green, blue, and purple baubles, white baubles featuring each World Showcase country’s flag, bells with “Happy Holidays” written in multiple languages on attached banners, and globe ornaments.
Returning, though slightly altered from last year, are these snow globes. In 2023, they were Disney100 snow globes. This year, they have been painted gold, and updated to have buildings from each World Showcase country inside, with a snowfall painted on the globe itself.
Entrance Decorations
Other decorations for the holidays have also gone up inside the park, starting with garlands at the park entrance.
Each garland is a blue-green color, with silver, pale green, dark green, and purple baubles woven throughout.
At the center of the garland are silver bows and a globe ornament, with bright blue and green colors representing the masses of land and oceans around them.
