With the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Bayou Country, Disneyland Park has debuted a new fall/winter 2024 guidemap.
New Disneyland Guidemap
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure officially was scheduled to open on Friday, November 15. The new Disneyland guidemap debuted the same day. The cover features artwork of Tiana and two critters in a log at the base of the salt mine mountain with the Tiana’s Foods water tower. The attraction’s logo is below the Disneyland Resort logo with “Now Open.”
Inside, the map now features Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Bayou Country, the new name for Critter Country. The small land is located between New Orleans Square and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, adjacent to Rivers of America. Bayou Country is represented with a dragonfly logo and a dark brown color. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure was on previous maps with a “Coming Soon” tag. It’s now pictured in full detail with the number 17.
Also in Bayou Country are Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes (16), The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (18), and Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree (R). Read our review of the Country Bears-themed restaurant.
The back of the map features more information and advertisements. There is a legend of icons for accessibility features, characters, Disney Vacation Club Discovery Desks, First Aid, and other important locations.
The park rules, special considerations for attractions, and tips & information are listed on one panel. The latter group includes info about payment options, recycling, sundries, package check service, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The next panel advertises Magic Key and MagicBand+.
The right two panels feature information about Lightning Lane Single Pass and Multi Pass, and Mobile Order. These are all available through the Disneyland app.
