PHOTOS, VIDEO: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea-Themed Periscope Pub on the Disney Treasure

Guests will feel like they’re under the sea in the Nautilus in the new “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea”-themed Periscope Pub on the Disney Treasure cruise ship.

Entrance

The Periscope Pub welcomes you with its nautical theme, showcasing an open door revealing cozy bar seating and tables inside. Maritime elements like a porthole enhance the sea-inspired decor, making it the perfect dive into a submarine adventure.
On board the Disney Treasure, Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, guests dive into the mythical depths of uncharted oceans at the Periscope Pub. Serving as Disney Cruise Line’s first venue inspired by the spellbinding adventure of Walt Disney’s 1954 film, “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” and the legacy Disney Parks attraction, the submarine-styled interiors give guests a look at the watery world below through an intriguing glass ceiling. Periscope Pub is on deck 5, past Sarabi and opposite Triton Lounge. it’s Keg & Compass is located on the Disney Wish. The entryway is circular with an illuminated sign above it.

Interior

A dimly lit periscope pub features wooden tables and stools beneath a blue-lit ceiling. Circular windows complete the marine theme, while the bar counter invites you in for a closer look at its nautical charm.
Periscope Pub, a steampunk-themed bar, boasts blue leather chairs and a marble countertop. Wooden paneling complements the well-lit shelf of bottles behind the bar, while a large round window with a clock design enhances the adventurous atmosphere.

The space takes inspiration from both the “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” film and the attraction. It will act as one of the main event spaces aboard the Treasure, with the screens showing sports coverage and trivia. The ceiling features a giant screen resembling the glass ceiling of a sub looking into water. Various creatures will appear swimming around up here.

Inside the Periscope Pub, beneath blue ambient lighting reminiscent of *20,000 Leagues Under the Sea*, wooden tables and stools create a cozy atmosphere. A lively group gathers at one end, enjoying the nautical charm that echoes a Disney Treasure.

There are long wood tables and marble counters with green stools. There are built-in outlets and hooks for purses.

The steampunk-themed room resembles a submarine, with large mechanical decor, round windows, and blue ambient lighting. Dubbed the "Periscope Pub," it offers tables and chairs arranged for an atmospheric journey beneath the waves.

More tables and armchairs are in front of built-in blue benches. The architecture is inspired by submarines with rivet details on the tables and steel elements on the walls. A periscope is mounted on one table.

A large, round steam pressure gauge with a decorative design, reminiscent of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, is mounted on a blue metal frame and shows a range from 532 to 768. Additional smaller dials are visible at the bottom.

Behind the bar is a depth and pressure gauge. The numbers across the top are the call numbers for each Disney Cruise Line ship currently sailing, with the hand pointing to 718.

Periscope Pub has a wide selection of mead, wine, and beer. They also have a few cocktails:
