PHOTOS, VIDEO: Tour ‘The Aristocats’ Scat Cat Lounge on the Disney Treasure

Step into “The Aristocats” with the new Scat Cat Lounge on the Disney Treasure cruise ship. The piano bar is located on deck 3 near the Grand Hall.

Scat Cat Lounge

Framed poster titled "Scat Cat Lounge" depicts cats, reminiscent of The Aristocats, playing instruments and dancing in a multi-level building at night. This Disney Treasure captures the whimsical charm of a feline jazz club.

A poster hangs outside the venue featuring Scat Cat and other cats enjoying music. The non-character cats are inspired by the pets of the Scat Cat Lounge design team.

Interior

A pianist plays at a grand piano in the warmly lit Scat Cat Lounge, where chandeliers glow above and echoes of Disney Treasure fill the space as guests stand and converse nearby.

The Scat Cat Lounge is inspired by vintage jazz clubs and the penthouse performance of “Ev’erybody Wants to be a Cat.” The centerpiece of the lounge is a baby grand piano, with cat paw prints across it. The original concept art showed a neon sign on the accent wall behind the piano but it either hadn’t been installed before our preview or didn’t make it to the final concept.

In the Scat Cat Lounge, an elegant room features a grand piano, ornate hanging lights, and round windows. Inspired by Disney Treasure's Aristocats, cushioned seating lines the walls beneath the lights, inviting you to relax in timeless charm.

The black and white stripes of the accent wall continue onto the floor. Golden lanterns of various sizes hang above the piano.

A group of people gathers around a round table with four cushioned chairs on a patterned carpet in dim lighting, reminiscent of the cozy vibe at the Scat Cat Lounge.

The ornate red and gold carpet includes piano key designs. It’s inspired by the ornate French-style rugs in Madame Adelaide Bonfamille’s Parisian home.  Velour-covered chairs are grouped around small round tables.

There are built-in benches with green backs that curve around portholes and circular mirrors.

A painting of an anthropomorphic cat from the Aristocats, wearing a scarf and holding a drum, is surrounded by large leaves next to a window with a view reminiscent of the Scat Cat Lounge.

The wallpaper around the windows and mirrors features plants and “The Aristocats” characters, including members of Scat Cat’s band, Thomas O’Malley, Duchess, and her kittens.

Instead of hidden Mickeys, there are three hidden Roqueforts.

A corner of the room reminiscent of the Scat Cat Lounge, with dark red walls and wood paneling, features four framed circular portraits and a rectangular picture above a white chair, evoking an Aristocats vibe.

Framed “The Aristocats” concept art hangs on a red wall with brown wood wainscoting.

Framed painting on a burgundy wall depicting a surreal cityscape with figures and a glowing central element, reminiscent of the whimsical charm found in Disney Treasure's Aristocats or the jazzy vibe of Scat Cat Lounge.

One piece depicts several cats enjoying the music of Scat Cat.

Four framed vintage-style illustrations hang on a dark red paneled wall, evoking the charm of the Scat Cat Lounge.

The other pieces include depictions of Marie, Toulouse, and Berlioz. The artwork is in golden frames.

Entertainment

A person in a hat plays a grand piano in the dimly lit Scat Cat Lounge, evoking the charm of Disney's Aristocats. Ornate hanging lights cast a warm glow as people stand nearby, entranced by the melody.

In the evenings, a live pianist plays Disney music, including music from “The Aristocats.”
