Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Fails to Open at Disneyland on Opening Day

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is not yet open on its official opening day at Disneyland Park, two hours after the park opened.

Friday, November 15, 2024, is the official opening day of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland Park. The first version of the attraction, which replaces Splash Mountain, opened at Magic Kingdom this summer.

Disneyland opened at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning. By 10:00 a.m., Tiana’s Bayou Adventure was not yet operating. We were among guests crowded outside the new ride.

We did get to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure during previews last month. The attraction is using three virtual queue windows for its opening period.

The new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure gift shops, Ray’s Berets and Louis’ Critter Club, opened earlier.
