Experience a unique Disney sing-along stage show with “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along” at Disney Jollywood Nights.
What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along
During event nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the show takes over Hyperion Theater, home of “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration.” Performances are at 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 9:30 p.m., 11:30 p.m., and 12:30 a.m. American Sign Language interpretation will be offered on November 13 and December 11.
It features the giant life-like Jack Skellington puppet from “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” fireworks at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The puppet introduces guests to the show, which follows two friends as they discover the story of “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” With each song, the scene from the film plays on screen with lyrics for guests to sing along.
Of course, “What’s This?” is the first song. The other featured numbers are “Kidnap the Sandy Claws,” “Sally’s Song,” “Oogie Boogie’s Song,” and the finale.
Instead of playing the Oogie Boogie scene on screen, the villain comes out on stage and terrorizes the two friends in person.
