Voyager Minnie Mouse Meet & Greet Unavailable to Guests, Unless You’ve Been on 50 Cruises

Despite being a major part of the ship’s advertising, as well as appearing on the ship’s bow, there is no Voyager Minnie meet and greet for regular guests on the Disney Treasure.

Minnie Mouse, dressed as an explorer, stands in front of a red curtain. Surrounding him are various Disney treasures and costumes, including a blue robe and Captain Minnie’s iconic red dress with white polka dots, along with a few props and shoes.

Minnie Mouse debuted her new “Voyager” outfit in a Disney Treasure teaser back in 2023. The outfit includes a wide-brimmed hat, blue jacket, brown pants, and polka-dot neckerchief.

Voyager Minnie held a meet and greet at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in August 2024. During the Disney Treasure’s preview cruises in early December 2024, she met with select media representatives. On the maiden voyage, she only met with guests who had sailed on 50+ Disney cruises.

As far as we know, Voyager Minnie has not had any regular meet and greets on the Disney Treasure (she does appear in her other Disney Cruise Line outfits), even though much of the ship’s marketing included the outfit. Voyager Minnie is on the ship’s keel coin and bow. A Voyager Minnie plush and a matching Mickey plush are even available for purchase on the ship, although Mickey hasn’t appeared in a new “Voyager” get-up, either.

Mickey & Friends have several themed outfits for different Disney Cruise Line sailings and experiences. They all debuted new “Silver Anniversary at Sea” outfits for Disney Cruise Line’s 25th anniversary last summer. They each have Pirate Night costumes, formalwear, and Alaska sailing outfits. Many assumed they would all get new “Voyager” ensembles to wear for Disney Treasure meet and greets. But this hasn’t come to fruition.
