Wayfinders, are you ready?

Disney has just unveiled a brand-new restaurant concept that has us wanting to build our own boat and head straight there. A favorite Disney Princess is finally getting her time to shine, and we’re here for it.

A new Moana-inspired restaurant is set to open at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort on September 12th. Eek!

From the concept art, it looks like it will be a quick-service style since we can see guests holding trays. We can also see Moana, Hei Hei, and Pua. There’s also a bunch of Kakamora!

In the artwork, kids are also holding small versions of Moana’s boat. Maybe it comes with a kids’ meal? Either way, I’ll need it. There are tons of tropical elements, including surfboards, flowers, and the entire building resembles one directly from her village.

This announcement came during Destination D23, along with tons of other announcements like new popcorn buckets and sippers coming to Disney Parks…

…an update on a huge restaurant update coming to the Grand Californian Hotel in Disneyland…
