After a short sneak peek was released last month, we now have a full look at Miley Cyrus back in the Hannah Montana costume for the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special. Cyrus shared a teaser trailer on social media.
Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special Teaser
The teaser has Cyrus entering a recreation of the Stewart family living room set, bumping hips with her dad Billy Ray, and performing for fans. The special was filmed in front of a live studio audience and is hosted by Alex Cooper.
The special will include never-before-seen archival footage and an in-depth interview with Cyrus. Cyrus will revisit the moments, music, and memories that defined an era. Viewers will be treated to never-before-seen archival footage, while some of the most memorable sets from “Hannah Montana” are brought back to life — including the Stewart family living room and the legendary Hannah Montana closet. There will also be some familiar *notes* that find their way back into the spotlight.
Hannah Montana aired for four seasons and a movie from 2006 until 2011. Cyrus starred as Miley Stewart a.k.a. Hannah Montana, who lived a double life as a normal teenager and a pop star.
The anniversary special will premiere on Disney+ on March 24.
