Hey Disney-loving friends! If you’re searching for the perfect idea for Mother’s Day, that second Sunday in May always sneaks up on us, I’ve got something a little different that might just hit the mark. As a mum myself, I can tell you that time spent with the people I love means so much more than another “thing,” and this year, my family is leaning into that idea with something a bit more experience-driven.
When you look at places like Downtown Disney District and Disney Springs, the options are almost endless. I know we talk about the dining scene a lot, but honestly, some of these locations really are that good. Even better, many offer dining vouchers, which means you don’t need to have everything locked in for that exact day. Whether you’re local, visiting over the holiday, or planning a trip later in the year, you can secure something special now and give Mom an experience to look forward to.

Disney Springs – Walt Disney World

- Splitsville Luxury Lanes, The outdoor tables under the stars are magical, especially when there is live music playing only a few feet away.

My tip? Choose something just outside her comfort zone. Something she’ll love but might not book for herself. And if your chosen spot doesn’t offer vouchers, you can always create your own. Set aside a little budget, wrap it up with intention, and turn it into a promise of a future outing. We all love a great meal, especially in the dining hubs of the Disney Parks, so why not turn that into a thoughtful, memory-making gift this year? The Splitsville inclusion might seem odd, but I’ve spent one of the best nights of my life with my teens, singing along to the incredibly talented musician outside and snacking the night away.
