The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge has two new savanna-inspired sweets: the Giraffe Cake Bar and Africa-shaped Sandwich Cookie.

New Desserts at The Mara

The Giraffe Cake Bar is malva pudding, marshmallow fluff, and caramel with a yellow chocolate coating. The Africa-shaped Sandwich Cookie is vanilla shortbread cookies sandwiched with raspberry jam, vanilla icing, and chocolate zebra stripes

Disney Eats also highlighted the existing Caramel-Banana Cupcake.

The Mara is the resort’s quick-service restaurant, named after a river flowing through Kenya and Tanzania. It’s open from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
