Construction walls have gone up around the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT—closing some of the areas off, including an accessible walkway.
Construction Walls

During a visit to EPCOT on July 28, we saw that several sets of construction walls had gone up around the Canada Pavilion. We don’t know exactly what they are for, though we suspect that Disney is refurbishing some of the rock work in the area.

Sources have indicated to us that refurbishing the rock is a more involved process for Disney since some of the plants in the scenic parts of the Canada Pavilion are real and the root systems can make maintenance more complicated.

Whatever the refurbishment project is, the walls have interrupted some of the pavilion viewing areas. The wheelchair accessible walkway is also closed.

Guests who need the accessible entrance for Canada Far and Wide, the 360 video experience in the pavilion, are able to enter through the exit area instead.
Will these walls interrupt your visit to the pavilion? Let us know on social media.
