The brand-new split flap airport-style sign at La Poutinerie in EPCOT is already failing after a week.

La Poutinerie Split Flap Sign Not Working

La Poutinerie opened on July 1. As of July 7, the board was no longer operational. When we checked back today, July 8, it remained inactive and a Cast Member said it was not working.

La Poutinerie replaced Refreshment Port near the Canada pavilion. Sponsored by Air Canada, it features several airport and airplane-inspired details like the split flap board above the pick-up window.

When operating, the sign displayed Canada trivia. A “Now Arriving” decal was added later.
