The front of the backpack shows Mr. Waternoose’s full body. His face is on the top front of the bag, while his torso (complete with bowtie and vest) comprises the front zippered pocket.

Mr. Waternoose’s back legs on the front of the backpack are articulated and can be moved up and down.

The back of the backpack is plain navy blue with a full-color portrait of Mr. Waternoose at the center bottom. The straps are light gray.

On the inside of the backpack is a repeated patterned lining showing doors from Monsters, Inc. and the portrait of Mr. Waternoose.

The main zipper pull is a spilled cup of coffee with more spilling coffee attached as a dangle charm.

There are also two side pockets on the backpack. On one is the Pixar | Loungefly blue metal plate, and on the other is a white Monsters, Inc. logo with the words “Monsters, Inc. | We scare because we care.”
