Strawberry Fields Forever at The Edison
In August, The Edison is bringing back their annual Bartender’s Bash, where you can watch Disney World bartenders go head-to-head in a competition to make the best drink!
The third annual Bartender’s Bash will be held at The Edison at Disney Springs on Thursday, August 20th, from 6:30 to 9 PM. Central Florida mixologists will compete to create the best cocktails in town for a panel of local VIP judges, and attendees will get free samples. You can taste their expert concoctions alongside chef-prepared bites from eight different pairing stations!

The 2026 contestants will go head-to-head, and some are from familiar Disney World restaurants:
- Lara McClelland, The Edison
- Frank Obregon Blasco, Morimoto Asia
- Alison Anderson, Yak & Yeti
- Kerry Mills, House of Blues
- Kimyata Stubbs, GEO-82
- Jason Dodson, Steelbach Tampa
- Juan Chávez, La Cava
- Raul Fontanez, The Edison

The Bartender’s Bash will also feature a silent auction with proceeds benefiting Give Kids the World Village, a leading nonprofit organization offering cost-free vacations to critically ill children and their families.

If you want to check it out for yourself, tickets are on sale now on The Edison’s website. A general admission ticket will cost $85 with entry at 6:30, but with a VIP ticket for $115, you’ll get early entry at 5:30 and a free souvenir item!
