Well, ANOTHER Disney Park Is Getting Rid of Free FastPasses

If you’ve visited Tokyo Disney Resort recently, you may have figured out how to access Priority Pass, the resort’s FREE Fast Pass system that lets you book a return time for specific rides just like you might for Lightning Lane in Disney World and Disneyland, except that it’s free.

Well, that free system is going away on August 31st, and, instead, you’ll only have access to purchase Tokyo Disney Resort’s Premier Access, which currently allows you to pay to skip the line at specific rides. Premier Access will be rolled over to those rides that previously had Priority Pass.

The free Priority Pass skip-the-line option was added to Tokyo Disney Resort back in 2023 for specific rides. However, Tokyo Disney Resort recently announced that it won’t be available after August 31st. Instead, you’ll have to purchase Premier Access to skip the line as of September 1st for the following rides and entertainment experiences:

Tokyo Disneyland

  • Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast
  • Splash Mountain
  • The Happy Ride with Baymax
  • Big Thunder Mountain
  • Pooh’s Hunny Hunt
  • Monsters, Inc. Ride & Go Seek

Here are the rides that are included with the free Priority Pass until September 1st:
