D23 will host a lunch for members with Disney Legend Joe Rohde on Friday, October 2 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort (which happens to coincide with our own Wayback WED event with former Imagineers).

The lunch will be at California Grill at 11:30 a.m. ET.
Tickets go on sale Friday, August 28, starting at 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET for Gold Members and 12 p.m./3 p.m. for General Members. Tickets are $159 (+$3 processing fee) for Gold and $199 (+$3 processing fee) for General. All attendees must be 12 years of age or older.
Attendees will enjoy a buffet lunch followed by a 45-minute conversation with Rohde, plus take home a signed copy of his new book Floating Mountains: The Art of Imagining the Impossible. Rohde will not sign any other items.
Parking will not be available on site at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Guests are asked to park at the Transportation and Ticket Center and travel by bus or Monorail to the resort.
