Disney has announced the name of the show coming to the Glob Theater in Monstropolis at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Up until this point, Disney has not shared what will take over the former MuppetVision Theater.

Welcome to Monstropolis! With Sulley & Mike

The show is called Welcome to Monstropolis! With Sulley & Mike.

The theater has a giant eye above the marquee and on the clock. A banner says “Our Chamber of Commerce Welcomes You.”

Monstropolis

Monstropolis has taken over the former Muppets Courtyard, along with a new coaster show building being added on as an expansion to the park in what was formerly a backstage Cast Member parking lot. The door coaster will be Disney’s first-ever suspended coaster and first vertical lift coaster.

Mama Melrose’s will become Harryhausen’s, a restaurant visited by characters in the first Monsters, Inc. PizzeRizzo will likely be a new quick-service restaurant.
