The first Oogie Boogie Bash event of 2026 is here, and we have a first look at this year’s event map, wristband, and treat bag.

Guests can pick up their wristbands when they arrive at the park as early as 4:00 p.m., or if guests are already inside the park, they can stop by the former FastPass location for Cars Land to scan in and receive their band.

The 2026 event wristband features a white center label framed by a bold orange-and-black checkerboard border. The Oogie Boogie Bash logo, event date, and Disney PhotoPass information are printed in black across the front.

The wristbands are dated so that guests cannot reuse them to visit on a date for which they have not purchased admission. They also include a QR code on one end used for the complimentary PhotoPass.

Treat Bag

This year’s glossy treat bag doubles as Disney advertising. One face promotes the animated film Hexed, while the reverse features the Disney Channel and Disney+ series Coven Academy.

One side of the bag advertises Huluween with a werewolf silhouette against a full moon backdrop, while the opposite side features a graphic of Jack Skellington and a promotion for the official Disney Halloween music playlist. Notably, unlike Walt Disney World, there is not an allergy-friendly treat bag. Instead, guests are instructed to make allergy-friendly requests when we they get to the front of the line.

The foldout guide features Oogie Boogie against a full moon, surrounded by purple vines and sinister jack-o’-lanterns.

Inside, guests will find instructions for linking and downloading Disney PhotoPass images, locations selling event merchandise, and a QR code for the digital event guide. Food coverage highlights the Haunted Highway Cocktail, Ube Cheesecake Churro, Spicy Oogie Boogie Burrito, BBQ Pork Millenster Grilled Cheese, and Headless Horseman Bucket.

The guide also promotes the Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party and explains the availability of allergy-friendly and no-sugar-added treats.

Park Map

When unfolded completely, the guide reveals a full map of Disney California Adventure unique to Oogie Boogie Bash. Map markers identify treat trails, character encounters, Disney PhotoPass opportunities, event merchandise, and specialty food and beverages. The side panels list character locations throughout the park and highlight major entertainment offerings, including Villains Grove, Mickey’s Trick and Treat, and Headless Horseman Rides Again.

One notable section is dedicated to Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake — A Haunted Mansion Street Party, a new entertainment offering for 2026 that brings an eerie gathering of happy haunts to Hollywood Land. The map lists two processional routes for the street party, beginning near The Little Mermaid – Ariel’s Undersea Adventure at 8:05 p.m. and near Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! at 10:45 p.m.
