Disney Vacation Club members can be the first to stay at the upcoming Lakeshore Lodge next year before it opens.

Lakeshore Lodge’s ‘First Wave’ Experience

The “First Wave” Experience allows DVC members to be the first to stay at the resort for three nights: June 24 through June 27, 2027.

This experience also includes park tickets, dining at the resort, and more. View the Points Chart to determine how many Points are needed for the Member “First Wave” Experience at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge. The Points listed include the first and second Guests in the same accommodation. Stay tuned to WDWNT for a breakdown of these points.

Booking for the Member “First Wave” Experience opens on November 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Booking Dates and More

Earlier this week, Disney announced when booking dates begin for DVC members, Annual Passholders, and general guests to stay at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge.

The early cash booking window for DVC members will open on October 6, 2026. Members can make reservations starting that date by calling (800) 800-9800.

Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can make reservations beginning on October 7. Guests can call (407) 934-7639. All guests can book their stays online or by calling (407) 934-7639.

The resort is set to open on July 1, 2027.

Lakeshore Lodge is a new Deluxe Resort Hotel at Walt Disney World. Check out a first look at room types and theming.

It’s located along Bay Lake, at the former site of the River Country water park, between Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge. It will have 967 rooms, including studios and suites, as well as one- and two-bedroom Lake Houses along the waterfront.
