Weather Policy

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party will not be canceled just because of rain. Some attractions may temporarily stop operating during inclement weather, which typically entails conditions such as heavy rain or lightning in the area. Indoor attractions may offer guests a place to continue enjoying the party while a passing storm moves through Central Florida.

Outdoor entertainment is also subject to modification, delay, or cancellation. This includes Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks, and other performances presented outside. Disney’s ticket terms specify that entertainment may be canceled because of inclement weather and that refunds will not be issued solely because an entertainment offering does not take place.

Trick-or-treat trails are expected to remain available during inclement weather, allowing guests to continue collecting candy around Magic Kingdom.

The Atlantic hurricane season is predicted to have below-normal activity, but if a hurricane leads to the event being canceled, ticket-holders would be issued refunds.

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Wristband

Party guests all get a wristband designating they have a ticket for the event. This year, the band reads “31 Fang-tastic Years.” The color of the wristband changes each night.
