After closing in early 2025, the dueling piano bar’s former home in Disney’s BoardWalk at Walt Disney World is being completely overhauled. Jellyrolls announced in April that they will be opening a new location later this year.

Jellyrolls Construction Update

Since our last update, the exposed wall on the left side of the building has received some updates. We could see crew members actively working in the area when we walked closer to the building.

For reference, this is what this area used to look like in May:

Behind the white construction wall, we could see the left side façade wall was removed and the interior materials of the building were exposed. The blue-and-white striped paint was still present above the exposed opening.

Since then, the opening has been closed up and the exterior is receiving new paint. Instead of white and light blue stripes, the wall is now a dark aqua blue color. Wood frames have also been installed on the side of the building, suggesting new awnings will be added later.

Much of the original theming is still present on the front of the building, but a crew member on a scissor lift was actively working in the spot where the Jellyrolls sign used to be.

Even before Jellyrolls closed, it’s been rumored that the replacement would be a Disney-owned jazz club.
