Lonesome Ghosts & Mickey and Friends Decor Return to Downtown Disney for the Halloween Season

Disneyland Resort is getting ready for the Halloween season this year, and much of the decor from last year has returned to decorate Downtown Disney.

Lonesome Ghosts

Each of the Lonesome Ghosts is elevated on a pole so they appear to be floating. This ghost is wearing a straw hat decorated with a small pumpkin. A bag made out of a hollowed-out pumpkin is at his side, and it’s filled with bones and various tools. An orange jack-o’-lantern is on his back.

This Lonesome Ghost also has a straw hat and is holding a jack-o’-lantern with a silly grin.

The last Lonesome Ghost has a straw hat and a pumpkin container of bones at his side. He appears to be saying “Boo” and is holding a jack-o’-lantern in his hands.

Mickey and Minnie

Mickey and Minnie are standing in front of an arch with purple lights, autumnal flowers, and small orange pumpkins as they are surrounded by more pumpkins.

Mickey and Minnie are wearing regal costumes that use a Halloween color scheme of orange, green, purple, and gold. Both have crowns on top of their heads. Mickey is bowing before Minnie as they offer their hands to each other.

Goofy

Goofy appears to be mid-leap as he is surrounded by several piles of orange pumpkins.

Goofy is wearing a black onesie decorated with white bones so he looks like a skeleton. He is also wearing an orange bow tie and an orange-and-purple party hat.

Pluto

Posed amongst piles of pumpkins, Pluto can be spotted holding a pumpkin in his mouth. Pluto appears to have stolen the “M” pumpkin from the line-up behind him, as they spell out, “Halloween Time.”

Bat Topiaries

Several green bat topiaries can be spotted throughout Downtown Disney. They are elevated to various heights.

Storefront Decorations

Many of the shops in Downtown Disney have also been decorated with piles of pumpkins in various shades of orange atop their sign entrances.

Storyland Boutique also recently redecorated with new Disney Villains theming for the Halloween season. Later this month, Little Words Project will be hosting a Halloween-themed bracelet pop-up at the D-Lander shop as well.

The full menu and popcorn buckets coming to Disneyland Resort for the Halloween season have already been announced. Halloween merchandise has already started popping up throughout the resort as well.
