Pixar merchandise from D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is now available at Walt Disney World and online, including a replica of the famous Luxo Jr. lamp, a 40th anniversary mug, and a Monsters, Inc. plush set.
We found the mug and lamp in Jessie’s Trading Post and the plush in Beverly Sunset Boutique at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The mug and plush set are available online, but the lamp is not.
Luxo Jr. Lamp – $99.99
This collectible is a replica of the Luxo Jr. lamp from Pixar’s famous 1986 short film. The lamp has become an icon of Pixar, appearing in the production logo at the start of every film when it hops on screen and replaces the “I” in “PIXAR.”
The lamp is true-to-scale with dynamic motion and sounds. It reacts to sounds and motion, too.
Pixar 40th Anniversary Mug – $19.99
Honoring 40 years of Pixar, this stoneware mug features a variety of characters of Pixar feature films and short films, including Woody, Forky, Carl Fredricksen, Edna Mode, Bao, Piper, the kitten and pit bull of Kitbull, the volcanoes of Lava, and the birds of For the Birds. They’re gathered around a “40 Years” logo featuring the Pixar ball icon as the zero.
The same design is on both sides of the mug. The interior is blue.
Monsters, Inc. 25th Anniversary Plush – $69.99
This set includes a plush of Sulley and one of Mike, celebrating 25 years of Monsters, Inc. (2001). Sulley wears his patterned tie while Mike holds a microphone and sits atop a cardboard laugh canister.
The box is inspired by the architecture of Monsters, Inc. with warning logos, a 25th anniversary logo, and the Monsters, Inc. logo.
