Crews have created a new rounded curb behind construction walls outside The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. Walls, scrim, and planters have blocked the area for the past few weeks.

Crews have created a new rounded curb behind construction walls outside The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. Walls, scrim, and planters have blocked the area for the past few weeks.

Plants have also been cleared from the area. Now there’s a curb curving out from the existing sidewalk. It looks like the pavement may be expanded to create more space for guests waiting outside the restaurant.

Disney has not confirmed the nature of the construction project. This area was previously just plants and no existing guest area is closed for construction.
