Lane Dividers at Hollywood Studios

Another Walt Disney World parking entrance has received new lane dividers designed to keep vehicles in their selected lanes.

The new white dividers run along the pavement between several of the vehicle lanes leading beneath the park’s Art Deco-inspired entrance structure. The low-profile barriers are supplemented by flexible white posts at several points, making the individual lanes more clearly defined as drivers approach the booths.

From our photos, the dividers extend away from the booths for several car lengths. Once drivers enter one of the divided sections, the barriers make it considerably more difficult to switch into an adjacent lane before reaching the booth.

The setup closely resembles lane dividers installed at the EPCOT parking entrance in June 2026. Those white, pavement-mounted barriers similarly created dedicated channels leading toward EPCOT’s toll booths, effectively preventing drivers from making last-minute lane changes.

Though there has been no official announcement on the matter, the new dividers at Hollywood Studios might signal that similar barriers are on the horizon for the toll plazas at Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
