Jack Skellington and the rest of the Halloween Town crew have taken over the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland for another fall and winter season. The Haunted Mansion closed just over a week ago for the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay to be installed.

The Haunted Mansion entrance now has a Haunted Mansion Holiday sign that looks like a piece of ribbon. Jack Skellington, in his Sandy Claws outfit, sits on a jack-o’-lantern on one of the entrance columns. On the other column is a chandelier.
A Sandy Claws scarecrow is in a flowerbed, and the balconies of The Haunted Mansion itself are adorned with festive garlands and spiderweb candelabras. Jack-o’-lanterns are across the top gable. Jack’s Christmas equation is on a long, dangling piece of paper.
Garlands are around the hearse, and a jack-o’-lantern in a Santa hat is on top of the car.
Opposite the loading area is a pile of presents. Various The Nightmare Before Christmas characters are on the presents. These perform simple movements as they prepare for Christmas.
In general, the holiday overlay is the same every year except for a gingerbread creation in the ballroom. This year’s is a music box with a skeleton cookie ballerina that comes out of the roof and spins. The structure is the Haunted Mansion building itself, and there is a key on the side with Jack’s face. One side is Santa Jack and one side is regular Jack.
Jack and Zero replace the Caretaker and his dog. Jack, wearing his Sandy Claws costume, informs guests he has a special present for them.
Sally, with her head in her hands, leans on a gravestone in the graveyard.
The ghosts and singing jack-o’-lanterns (replacing the singing busts) in the graveyard perform holiday tunes instead of Grim Grinning Ghosts.
Instead of the Hitchhiking Ghosts, guests are met with Oogie Boogie wearing a candy-encrusted beard and pointed hat. Oogie Boogie uses his wheel of tricks and treats to decide your gift, which appears in your Doom Buggy as you pass mirrors.
Guests then exit their ride vehicle. As they go up the moving ramp, a tiny Sally wishes them well.
Haunted Mansion Holiday will run until January 2027.
