The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to the Canada Popcorn Cart for a special Festival item!

This year, the Canada Popcorn Cart has a special drink for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival — the Northern Ruby.
The Menu
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s check out this new drink.
Drinks
This year you’ll find a special Food & Wine Festival drink at the popcorn cart — the Northern Ruby. This drink is made with Rhubarb Liqueur, Vodka, Strawberry, Ginger, and lime, and it’s priced at $17.50
Northern Ruby
This drink was delicious! The sweetness from the strawberry and the tartness from rhubarb paired together perfectly, while the ginger and lime cut the flavors well, giving a little kick. Overall, it was refreshing without being overpoweringly sweet, making it perfect for a hot day.
OVERALL
The Northern Ruby was one of our favorite drinks at this year’s Food & Wine Festival. In fact, we wouldn’t mind this perfect mixture of sweetness and tartness becoming a full-time EPCOT beverage offering!
