Emile’s Fromage Montage returns with the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. During this food stroll, guests are encouraged to purchase different cheesy dishes at Global Marketplaces.
Guests complete the scavenger hunt by purchasing five of the eligible items and collecting their corresponding stamps in their Festival Passport. Then they can get a special treat from Shimmering Sips.
There are 14 eligible items this year. Here is what we sampled, as well as the treat we earned at the end.
Emile’s Fromage Montage
Schinkennudeln – $5.29
Pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese
This is another 30th anniversary item. It’s delicious but way too hot for this time of year. It tastes like a solid French onion soup with some toasty cheese. We have no critiques for this dish.

Basque Cheesecake – $5.29
with orange sauce
This is a perfectly delicate cake. It melts in your mouth. The flavors are just right and work well with each other. It has the right amount of citrus flavor from the orange sauce.

Griddled Cheese – $5.49
with pistachios and honey
We really enjoyed this, as it has a nice, charred flavor. The honey, pistachio, and cheese are all great.

Pão de Queijo – $5.19
Brazilian cheese bread
It’s incredibly difficult to recommend these at the price for a piece of cheese bread, even if they are pretty spectacular. You can find a bag of Brazi-Bites in your local grocer for a fraction of the cost if you want to indulge in cheese paradise.

Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli – $5.49
With brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut praline
This is another great dish at the festival this year. The savor of the brown butter mixed with the sweetness of the pumpkin is phenomenal. The pasta is perfectly cooked; it’s not too chewy but not too soft.

2026 Completer Treat Review
The completer prize is a key lime DOLE Whip. The citrus is creamy, and the lime is tart. It’s very good. Totally worth it to complete this.
We are a little confused about how you complete a cheese challenge and then don’t get a cheese prize, but nonetheless, this was good. And the cup is cute and makes a fun souvenir.
