The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially started, and we are HYPED to be here!
This year, we’ve got lots of food booths with tasty items, new merchandise to check out, and even concerts to enjoy. With that said, for this one, we’re focusing on fries — specifically festival fry offerings over at The Fry Basket booth. Let’s eat!
Menu
The Fry Basket is your go-to booth for fries, including both the beloved Fry Flight and the returning Adobo Yuca Fries.
This year, the menu also has a new ale, as well as a returning Mule.
Eats
Let’s kick this off with the returning Adobo Yuca Fries, which are served with plant-based garlic-cilantro aïoli. This is a plant-based dish you can get for $5.79. Last year, they were delightfully thick, and the aioli gave them a nice kick. This year was just as good! VAMPIRES BEWARE! The one thing we do have to warn about is that this tasted incredibly garlic-heavy — and that’s an understatement. We couldn’t really taste any cilantro, so it was almost like eating straight-garlic fries. That could be positive for you, or it could be negative, depending on how you feel about garlic. Either way, you may want to have some gum handy for when you’re finished.
We also snagged the Fry Flight for $7.99. It comes with three different flavors of fries.
We started with the plant-based Sea Salt-Malt Vinegar Fries. In 2025, these plant-based fries were slightly tangy and very crispy. This year, we found them to be fairly standard. The malt vinegar wasn’t distributed evenly, but overall, we felt like these were pretty standard and reliably okay.
Next up were the Truffle-Parmesan Fries, and they were DELICIOUS. These are served with black garlic-truffle aïoli, and — again — they were pretty heavy on the garlic. Last year, the truffle had zing that paired excellently with the richness of the parmesan. You get a lot of that this year along with that general black truffle garlic that Disney uses on a lot of things — and we’re fans, so these fries certainly hit for us.
Finally, the flight also came with the Sweet Potato Casserole Fries with cinnamon-sugar, candied pecans, and marshmallow cream. They’re a little different than last year’s version, as they don’t have the bourbon maple syrup. These were probably our favorites, and if you dig sweet potato fries, these should satisfy. These also cater to people with a sweet tooth thanks to all that cinnamon-sugar, candied pecans, and marshmallow cream — so if you like your sweet potato fries plain, these may not do it for you. With that said, we absolutely adored these.
We think the fry flight is a great shareable and will hit so many different tastes that most should be able to enjoy it.
What about the drinks?
Drinks
The Boyd & Blair Grapefruit Mule is returning for $12.50, and in the past, we thought this was…fine. It tasted just like grapefruit, and while we enjoyed it, there wasn’t much going on. Still, it was refreshing! For grapefruit or vodka fans, it would probably be a good choice — it certainly packs a punch with the vodka!
There’s also a new beverage, the Barrel of Monks Blood Orange Bliss Sour Ale. This is $6 for 6 oz. or $9.75 for 12 oz.
OVERALL
We’re happy to report that The Fry Basket REMAINS a top choice with great Festival options! Keep in mind that it can get pretty busy here, and our line to grab our treats was long. But it was also definitely worth the wait.
That’s all for The Fry Basket! Make sure to keep following along for more reviews from the festival.
