Menu

The food menu at the China Food Booth shines the spotlight on the new Dumplings Trio. It’s joined by the returning Smoked Duck Bao Bun and Beijing Zhajiang Noodles.

2026 China Booth Menu

In keeping with tradition, the China Booth is serving up more than the usual amount of drinks, including the non-alcoholic Mango-Peach Bubble Tea. Cocktails include the returning Baijiu Punch, Hainan Prosperity, and the Frozen Strawberry-Jasmine Cocktail. A new beer hits the scene this year: Honghe Rice Lager Draft Beer.

Are you ready? Here we go…

Eats

We’re kicking things off with the new Dumplings Trio for $7.35. Disney has designated this dish as a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item, and in honor of the occasion, it’s been “reimagined” for this year and given a new twist! The updated dish presents an assortment of pan-fried chicken, pork, and vegetable dumplings served with a house-made sweet-and-spicy sauce.

Dumplings Trio

The filling in all three dumplings is tender, finely minced, and flavored with ginger. Each dumpling is crispy and well-browned. The sauce is the star here; it’s sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy, but not enough to have a real kick.

The Smoked Duck Bao Bun is back this year. For $8.25, it’s served with pickled cucumber, scallion, and hoisin sauce.

Smoked Duck Bao Bun

The bao bun is tender and soft. The duck in the middle is tender and a great portion size, so you get some meat in every bite. The cucumbers and scallions inside add some freshness and a crunch. The hoisin sauce is sweet and tangy, similar to barbecue sauce.

Smoked Duck Bao Bun

The Beijing Zhajiang Noodles are served with stir-fried minced beef, cucumber, chili, and carrots in a savory Douban Sauce. This returning item costs $8.50.

Beijing Zhajiang Noodles

The noodles are tender, and the spicy stir-fried minced beef is the most prominent flavor. The cucumber and carrot add a fresh element that toned down the spice, so it wasn’t too overpowering. We’d recommend stirring the noodles so you can get a bit of everything in one bite!

And to wash it all down, China has plenty of options to pair with your dishes!

Drinks

The Mango-Peach Bubble Tea provides a non-alcoholic option at the China Booth. Green tea is flavored with mango and peach syrups, then finished with white boba for $7.95.

Mango-Peach Bubble Tea

The peach and mango syrups are the most prominent flavors here, so it’s super fruity and refreshing. The green tea is flavorful and a good base to complement the fruit flavors. The boba is chewy like a gummy, so this drink doubles as a snack!

Mango-Peach Bubble Tea

Baijiu Punch is back, as well! For $14.25, this cocktail features Baijiu Spirit with lychee syrup, soda water, and piña colada mix.

Baijiu Punch

The lychee in here is very strong, making it sweet and fruity, then you get a strong bite of the tangy piña colada. There’s a light floral note towards the end that made it really easy to drink!

Baijiu Punch

Hainan Prosperity returns, and it’s made with tequila, vodka, Minute Maid Orange Juice, and mango syrup for $14.25.

Hainan Prosperity

This light and fruity refresher offers a nice retreat from the heat, while the orange juice cuts through the sweetness of the mango for some balance. This easy-to-sip beverage pairs wonderfully with the noodles, by the way!

The Frozen Strawberry-Jasmine Cocktail is also back for $14.00.

Frozen Strawberry-Jasmine Cocktail

Made with light rum, jasmine tea, and strawberry syrup, this drink leans heavily on the strawberry over any floral note you might anticipate from the jasmine tea. While it’s certainly enjoyable, it lacks complexity, essentially presenting like a strawberry slushy… albeit with a kick!

Finally, new this year for beer drinkers is the Honghe Rice Lager Draft Beer from Littleton, NH. You can try 6 ounces for $6.00, or grab a 12-ounce for $10.75.

OVERALL

Overall, we enjoyed all of these menu items at the China booth for 2026. You really can’t go wrong with this great selection! The flavors are complex while still being approachable enough to be picky-eater approved. We’re already going back for seconds!
