I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM and more at Swirled Showcase Booth. 

The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, concerts to watch, and merchandise to shop for.We’re here to let you know what’s worth your time and money this year! We’re heading to the Swirled Showcase Booth to give you the FULL scoop!

Menu

Over at the Swirled Showcase Booth, you’ll find a variety of available items. This booth will be serving some delicious sweets and drinks guests can indulge in. There are a few returning items like the Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse. There are also a few new menu items to try, like the Frozen Szarlotka.

Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!

Eats

First up, we grabbed Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse with Whiskey-Caramel Sauce for $5.49. This is a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item. A version of this treat debuted in 2015 at the Chew Lab booth, so we’re excited to try it again and see if it’s worth it. We do enjoy this dessert, but there were a few letdowns with it this year.

The almonds are thinly sliced, adding a nice texture to the dish without overpowering it. The almonds are not salted, which was a little disappointing, as we thought that would bring the dish up to the next level. The mousse is a light milk chocolate and has a great flavor.

The caramel blends into the mousse, and we would’ve liked it to stand out more. It’s a slightly elevated classic chocolate dessert, but we’re not sure we’d go out of our way to grab it!

Next, this booth is known for its Soft-serve in a Cone for $6.29. The flavors this year are Vanilla, Apple-cinnamon, and Salted Caramel. In 2024, we grabbed the Apple Cinnamon soft serve and found it almost like vanilla bean ice cream with a hint of caramel.

The Salted Caramel soft serve had a strong aftertaste. It was sugary, thick, and quite rich.

Drinks

In terms of drinks on this menu, we got the new Frozen Szarlotka for $6.79. This drink has Apple Pie Filling and Apple-Cinnamon Cider topped with Streusel. This is a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item that has been reimagined for 2026. You can also grab it in the alcoholic version made with Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka for $13.00. We saw a version of this in 2016 at the Poland Booth. Now, we think this tastes just like a frozen apple cider — in the best way!

There were chunks of apple in it, which was a nice surprise. We found the drink light and refreshing. The strudel on top adds a nice cinnamon flavor to the drink, but we’ll warn you to drink that quick as it dissolves into the drink and turns more mushy. We loved this drink, but you’ll want to enjoy it quickly!

You can also grab an Ice Cream Float for $6.79. You can try Coca-Cola®, Barq’s® Red Creme Soda, or Fanta® Grape with choice of Soft-serve.

You can grab an Irish Milk Shake with Guinness Stout, Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, and Vanilla Ice Cream for $13.00. We love this tried-and-true classic shake that just screams “EPCOT” to us!

We love the classic chocolate flavor, and the Bailey’s cream really stands out here. There is a tiny pinch of alcohol, but it’s still easy to drink. The chocolate curls on top were a nice addition because as you drink the shake, it adds some fun texture to it.

You can try the Strawberry Beer Float, which is Früli Strawberry Belgian White Beer and Vanilla Soft-serve for $13.25. This was our favorite at the booth! The strawberry tasted more like a cider to us than a beer. The strawberry is an artificial taste, but don’t be discouraged by that. It wasn’t overly sugary. The ice cream mixed really well into the drink. It was a subtle vanilla, which kind of helped temper what could have been an overwhelming strawberry flavor, and it made me think of those strawberry shortcake ice cream bars that you get as a kid.

Our biggest complaint is that the longer we had it, the top essentially started to almost curdle. If you sit in the sun, which, hey, common sense, it doesn’t work out well. So you will definitely enjoy this one quickly!

You can also grab a drink of the Früli Strawberry Belgian White Beer Melle by itself for $12.50. Finally, if you’re looking for a wine, this Banfi Rosa Regale Sparkling Red is $15.00.

OVERALL

Swirled Showcase brought some classic dessert offerings again this year. The standouts for us were the Strawberry Beer Float — as long as you can drink it quickly — and the timeless Irish Milk Shake. The Strawberry Beer Float brought a refreshing bubbly ice cream float that reminded us of our childhood ice cream bars. The Irish Milk Shake is a classic boozy, chocolatey dessert that is fun to enjoy. The Frozen Szarlotka was a nice surprise with real apple pieces in it, and as we move into cooler weather, this one will be very nice. The Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse gives you a sweet tooth filling, but the caramel sauce got lost in the overall chocolate flavor, leaving us wanting more.
