Scarecrows & Jack-o'-Lanterns Arrive at Town Square in Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom has more fall decor, including large jack-o’-lanterns and unique scarecrows. These follow the installation of autumnal bunting and “See Ya Real Soon” pumpkins at the train station.

Now two large jack-o’-lanterns greet guests at the Magic Kingdom gates. They sit on crates of hay in the central flowerbed. A few small pumpkins are in the plants around them.

Inside the park are some more jack-o’-lanterns stacked on crates. One stack is outside Chamber of Commerce and another is in front of Town Square Theater.

The entrance to Chamber of Commerce is adorned with autumnal garland. Two fall wreaths hang in the windows.

More fall wreaths are in the archways of City Hall.

Another scarecrow represents a citizen of Main Street, wearing a purple dress. She carries a parasol and small purse.

This scarecrow is ready to join the Main Street Philharmonic. It wears a red marching band uniform and holds a baton.

Based on the former Main Street Confectionery costumes, this scarecrow wears a yellow dress and white apron. In its hands are a candy apple and bitten lollipop.

A baker scarecrow has a torn bag of sugar spilling onto the ground.

This scarecrow is in a baseball uniform based on the old Casey’s Corner uniforms.

And inspired by the former Emporium costumes, this scarecrow wears a blue and brown plaid skirt with a white blouse. In one hand is a Mickey scarecrow doll.

Another pair of jack-o’-lantern stacks are at the front of the square, framing Cinderella Castle photos.

Decorations will continue to be installed over the next few days. The first Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party of the year is on Friday, August 7.
