Universal Studios Hollywood announced “Shriek of the Banshee,” a street experience coming to Halloween Horror Nights 2026.

Follow your curiosity through the fog and stumble upon this sideshow featuring the strange, the unnatural and the deadly. And don’t miss the main event: a demonic banshee that escaped its confines.

Street experiences are similar to scare zones but are usually more like dance parties.

Murder of Crowz at this year’s event will also be a street experience.

Halloween Horror Nights 2026 will be on select nights September 3 through November 1 at Universal Studios Hollywood. Haunted houses include Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness, Evil Dead Burn, Hellraiser, Stranger Things 5, Sinners, Killer Klowns From Outer Space, Killceañera: Music by Slash, and Dead, Deader, Deadest.

Scare zones include Blood Bog, Fortnite, Hackerz, and El Circo de la Muerte. Plus, Nikki from Obsession will appear.

This year’s Terror Tram stars Art the Clown, and The Purge: Dangerous Waters returns to the WaterWorld amphitheater.
