The limited-edition Space Mountain Columbiad Cannon replica figure is returning to Disneyland Paris. Earlier this month during a D23 presentation, Imagineers shared that the 22-meter-long Columbiad Cannon will be restored when the original Space Mountain returns.

Space Mountain Columbiad Cannon

The Columbiad Cannon is where Space Mountain riders are first launched into the coaster. In the original De la Terre à la Lune (From the Earth to the Moon) version of the attraction, the cannon was created by the Baltimore Gun Club to send moontrains to the moon.

In the current Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain version, the cannon is a hyperspace launch. Disney announced that Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain will be restored to its original Space Mountain. Part of the restoration process will also involve restoring the Columbiad Cannon, which has been left stationary since 2009 due to frequent breakdowns. After restoration, the cannon will launch riders from 0 to 44 mph in under two seconds.

The multi-colored statue includes the Baltimore Gun Club logo, a gold archer, and smiling sun designs.

The limited-edition Columbiad Cannon will be available for purchase beginning on September 4 while supplies last. Guests can find it at Deco by Disney at Disney Village and Harrington’s Fine China & Porcelain on Main Street, U.S.A.

This isn’t the first time the Columbiad Cannon statue has hit the shelves at Disneyland Paris; it was also available in December 2025.
