Steel Construction Permit Filed for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

Disney’s Facility Asset Management (FAM) team has filed a permit for construction at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT.

The permit calls for “General Construction” at the ride’s address, contracting Coastal Steel, which has worked on themed elements and roller-coasters.

Because the permit was filed by FAM, it is likely for general maintenance rather than major changes. But steel work could involve a ride closure, depending on where Coastal Steel will be working.

Disney has not announced an upcoming closure for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
